(1) CURRENT CHARGE OF EEs TO AEs OF COMPANY, CURRENT CHARGE OF AEs TO JEs OF COMPANY AND CURRENT CHARGE OF SR. PA TO PA OF COMPANY SHOULD BE GIVEN AS 14 YEARS OF SERVICE HAS BEEN COMPLETED OF COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES.
(2) IN 6TH PAY THEIR WAS AN ANOMALIES IN THE BASIC PAY OF 6510/- (GRADE PAY-2500/-), BASIC PAY SHOULD BE MORE THAN 7440/- (FOR GRADE PAY- 2500/-) FOR THE PLANT ASSISTANT RECRUITED BY THE COMPANY AND ACCORDINGLY THEIR 7TH PAY MATRIX COLUMN SHOULD BE REVISED BECAUSE IN PRESENT SCENARIO THE NEWLY RECRUITED JUNIOR EMPLOYEES IS GETTING MORE SALARY THAN THE SALARY OF THREE YEARS OLD EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE COMPANIES.
(3) TRAINING PERIOD INCREMENT WAS GIVEN TO THE COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES AND ENGINEERS. SAME WAS TAKEN BACK WITH RECOVERY BY THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT UNLAWFUL. THIS SHOULD BE GIVEN BACK TO THE EMPLOYEES AND ENGINEERS.
(4) IN 7TH PAY (7600/- GRADE PAY) O3* COLUMN MATRIX SHOULD BE REMOVED AND O3 COLUMN MATRIX SHOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES AS APPLICABLE FOR THE EMPLOYEES ABSORBED FROM MPSEB/MPEB.
(5) JUNIOR ENGINEER AND PLANT ASSISTANT OF COMPANY WHO HAVE ACQUIRED HIGHER QUALIFICATION(B.E./B.Tech./DIPLOMA) DURING SERVICE OR BEFORE JOINING OF SERVICE AND COMPLETED FOUR YEARS OF SATISFACTORY SERVICE, SHOULD BE APPOINTED AS AN ASSISTANT ENGINEER AND JUNIOR ENGINEER RESPECTIVELY.
(6) SL. NO.2 OF 9 JUNE 2011 LETTER OF ENERGY DEPARTMENT GOVT. OF M.P. SHOULD BE REMOVED.
(7) PAYMENT OF C-OFF (ADDITIONAL WAGES) SHOULD BE AS PER 7TH PAY COMMISSION.
(8) AS PER PROVISION OF MPPGCL HIGHER PAY DATE FOR AEs OF 2009 BATCH SHOULD BE CHANGE.
(9) 50% ELECTRICITY REBATE SHOULD ALSO BE GIVEN FOR THE COMPANY CADRE EMPLOYEES AS IT IS ALREADY BEING GIVEN FOR THE EMPLOYEES ABSORBED FROM MPSEB/MPEB TO MPPGCL.
(10) AS PER FACTORY ACT OVERTIME FOR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE 125 HRS QUARTERLY.
(11) FRINGE BENEFITS (NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE, CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE, COMPENSATORY ALLOWANCE, RISK ALLOWANCE,KIT ALLOWANCE ETC.) SHOULD BE REVISED, AS IT WAS NOT REVISED FROM 2001.
(12) FOR THE WORK ON NATIONAL HOLIDAY/ HOLIDAY THERE SHOULD BE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT TO THE FIREMAN OF POWER STATION AS THEY ARE THE TECHNICAL PERSON EQUIVALENT TO PLANT ASSISTANT.
(13) GSLIS/GI POLICY OF EMPLOYEES/OFFICERS RECRUITED BEFORE 22.04.14 SHOULD BE SAME AS EQUIVALENT TO THE EMPLOYEES/OFFICERS RECRUITED AFTER 22.04.14.
